Hey! That tree in front of the honeysuckle~ Get someone to remove it or remove it yourself...
It's called "The Tree of Heaven" and is a crazy-fast-growing invasive that sends underground shoots.
Trust me on this.. eradicate ASAP.!

This is STILL not safe. I know exactly where that attic is from the angle of the shots & the # of steps you walked upstairs. (btw i like the old school color of the steps). But I checked this view against some George Romero horror flicks: at least 5 "Amityville Horror Story" installments were shot there. So I have no idea why in world you would disclose this. There is only one "tee-pee" setup around Air conditioning condenser unit in all of Indianapolis. This was confirmed by Google earth.
