Wow I watched the classic film with Patty Duke several times, and I love the film and I've always been curious about the real Helen Keller and it's nice to be able to see photo's and video of the real person she was such a fascinating and amazing person she over came obstacle's and lived life to it's fullest thanks for posting this video.

Yes...I also think I might have made the pictures move a little too fast.
But I was trying to fit a lot of pictures into a fairly short time period. I've been thinking about making a new video that features my Whole collection of Helen Keller photos,...and displaying them at a slow enough speed that people could take "screen captures" of them off of the video if they wanted.

Thank you for uploading, I have alway been fasinated by Helen Keller. I do wish the pictures didn't change so fast because I barely am able to fully see what they are before they change.

@AmazingKidzTV - Yes....Most of Helen Keller's childhood photos are of her side profile. Other people have mentioned that also.
That's because one of her eyes bulged out slightly...so they didn't photograph it.
When she was older she had both of her eyes removed, and replaced with artificial glass eyes.
You'll notice later in this video, when she's older, the photos show her whole face.
