The 'dislike' weren't no hippie vote. Hell, the real hippies are farming and listening to country music anymore! They're shit-kickers, yes, just like you. I know. I grew up in small-town Texas, now live in farming country Wisconsin and the so-called 'farmers' up here are just corporate desk-jockeys on a $60k tractor. The 'hippies' are the ones farming like all the folks I know used to farm. I suspect it's the same all over.
