Killing Me Softly - 擒拿 - Chin Na Applications

In this clip, Efi Dinar, from the Nanking Tai chi School of martial arts in Israel, demonstrates only a few of the various techniques taught in the ancient art of Chin Na.

This film was made possible with the assistance of Shmuel Genah, a long time student of Efi.

צ'ינה היא אמנות לחימה המשתמשת בטכניקות של בריחים ונעילות כדי ללמד את המתרגל להשתלב עם תנועתו של בן הזוג, התוקף, בצורה עדינה והרמונית,
תוך השגת שליטה, על פי עקרונות הטאי צ'י והטאואיזם. התרגול מפתח קואורדינציה, חיזוק והגמשה של אברי הגוף, ערנות ומודעות.

בנוסף למיומנויות הצ'ינה, לומדים בשיעורים:
תבנית (קאטה) תנועה בזוג - דימוי קרב;
צ'י קונג - שמונת חלקי רקמת הזהב;
צ'אן צ'ואן - עמידות זן לתרגול מדיטציה ולחיזוק הגוף.
האומנות עשירה בטכניקות ומקבילה לאומנות האייקידו אך ללא גלגולים
או נפילות גבוהות.

השיעורים מיועדים לגברים מעל גיל 27.
