Hailing from New Orleans, EHG is a band that knows how to channel all of their misanthropic world views, alcoholic binges and drug-induced furies into musical form. The tortured musings of vocalist Mike Williams are haunting and get you right in the gut from the first time you hear his grating voice. Jimmy Bower's guitar work, while not technical, is heavy enough to knock the burliest of brawlers to his knees. Every ounce of life in their music is amplified to 100 and doesn't quit until the final bit of feedback drowns out. EYEHATEGOD are unstoppable and as good as all of their output is, would you really want them to stop?

i find it funny how a name of the band can insite a religion debate......just so you all know god is a multimassmurder point in being when he said the whole world was deemed full of sin he got a person to build a boat and killed everybody else.. when he saw that babel was sinning he took care of that as well. and in the old testament he states if your in war and you see a women on the enemies side you should take her for your own...kidnap much? god=the first serial killer

@jakeofdeath Exactly...the name EYEHATEGOD actually has no conotations of religion or satanism to it at all...I read up on it, and the drummer said one of his buddies came up with it when they were tripping on acid...the name just stuck
