@sincerelyemani Thanks beloved. In a few weeks I'm going to do a few natural hair videos. I've been asked countless of times by subscribers to record some tips on obtaining and maintaining healthy hair. :-)

How much do you think should be taken approximately daily for heart health mainly? And in what form?

@MissLalaland89 It depends upon your current health status or future health goals. Consult with your natural health care provider. He or she will give you the answers to this questions because they will know your body better due to past consultations. .

Thank you for the quick reply. I had a feeling that the kidney & liver damage thing was bogus. Also do you recommend drinking cayenne pepper powder or eating it on food for the best results?

@timcat4843 Whenever I'm at the computer I respond to questions on my video pages as soon as possible or else they will pile up on me. ;-)
If your palate can handle the spicy flavor of cayenne pepper than you can take it any way your heart's desire. It's really up to you.

How much cayenne pepper can you safely use per day. I read somewhere that more than one teaspoon will cause liver and kidney damage. Currently I put a teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder on my egg beaters every morning. I would like to put it on more of my meals throughout the day, but I'am afraid to do it. Also is it better to put a teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder in a cup of warm water and drinking it once a day, or puting on your food?

@timcat4843 Cayenne pepper will not cause liver and kidney damage. That's like saying eating too much garlic can cause heart failure. Food made by "The Most High" doesn't work that way. Only genetically modified food made by man will have a negative effect on the body. Please consult with your Naturopathic Doctor to see how much you should take for your personal health goals. If you don't have one, please feel free to schedule a mini-consultation with me.
