No really. this is a special formula to remove foam deposits and oil. Air would do nothing.

why it's not useful with off-roads??

This is not useful for off road, because mud and dust are not soluble in the liquid. Mud and dust are soluble just in water.

1. Yes it is safe in electronics, as you can see in the video.

2. Cost. Just in your local Shop (only europe by now)

3. Not really useful to clean Off-Road cars.

It is very effective on tyre rests, but not for cleaning hydro substances such as dust or mud.

i just use denatured alcohol its also cheap it is safe for electronics does everything this does and has more cleaning power and you can buy it from about any hardware store.
