Only women have trouble dealing with break ups, because that's all they think about. Us guys have it easier, because we actually have lives. After a break up, we just go home, watch tv, play video games online, argue with someone in Call of Duty, so our minds are so distracted that the next morning we won't even remember the name of our ex.

@TheBearOverThere That's not true, maybe some guys are like that but it does depend on a lot of things.

1. Who breaks up with who

2. How long you have been together for / or how close you were

3. Why you break up can have an affect

and so on. So it depends on a few things. Obviously the girls you have broken up with were not important to you, and that's why you can move on so quickly.

@BAaKaBaDasS I think you should concentrate on the next beautiful girl who will come your way. If you ex comes back to you then take it as an opportunity to give it another shot. :) Make sure you both work on changing your ways for the better though.

If you are a guy and your dump the girl, THEN LET HER GO. There is no such thing as 'just friends' after a relationship. Depending on the magnitude of the relationship, give it at least 6 months to a year of no contact.
