What are you talking about? You can easily call a foul on this play if you look closely. Look at the beginning of the video, he shuffles his feet, takes a step, moves that leg back, takes a hop step, but his feet hits the ground one after the other, does a pivot and spin, and then jumps. That's like 3-4 steps.
