DoubleOhSeven and Kayli Plank.
On Sept 12 & 13th, Mocha and I competed at the Pony Club of Western Australia State Dressage Championships.
We competed in the 13 and 14 year old Prelim/Novice Freestyle and after blitzing our test with 74% we came out with 1st place :)

What a classy costume! Nice and simple so you can still see the horse, but very obvious as to what it is. I have actually seen a Frisian dressed up like this before too!

the costume is cute. anyone who says otherwise is just a jerk. and you rode well too. i did have to stop watching though because the clicking from zooming in and out was so annoying.

But yes, the clicking on the camera is a pain in the butt haha, I cheat and put it on mute and play the mp3 version of my music over the top so I don't have to listen to the clicking hahaha

@papillonluver1 as I explained to velsmom, the point of this class was to dress up as well as create your test. This costume was well suited to the theme and we got a great response from the costume judge. :)

I had to quit watching... Love dressage, especially freestyle, but the shirtfront/bowtie?!?! Absurd!!! Poor horse should look like the beautiful, proud, majestic horse that he is, not some covered up by some trashy costume.

@velsmom hi velsmom, the point of this freestyle class was to dress up, as well as create your test. My amazing mum put a huge amount of work into that costume and I'd appreciate it if you kept your comments to yourself if you're only going to rip my Mum's great work to pieces.
