@luvscience44 I saw a late model camaro with over 1,200 horsepower barely get into the 8's with an 8.99 @ just under 160 mph (with a blower and on nitrous) meanwhile the 5.0 can pull 8's with just boost. I think it has alot to do with the weight and aerodynamics of the new camaros, plus how much their rear suspensions can take, not being an axle and all. @hendo337 Forged steel crank and connecting rods , very strong. I do believe this camaro is a boosted stock engine, no forged internals and a cast crank shaft. Also this is almost two years old so there are many 2010 camaro's in the 8's. The same people lmr have a 2000 camaro that will do 244 mile per hour in the standing mile with half of its boost......

@cantbsdave This was done with a 2010 Camaro too with the same setup which is on the Mustang which was a supercharger and a shot of nitrous. So, besides the fact any fool can buy an SC and nitrous with some fatty's on the back, what's your point?
