A smoking gun. In the first seconds of the video we see what, in my opinion, is clearly a weighted mannequin falling, in lieu of an actual human being jumping. It flails oddly---twists and turns, but the arms and legs stay together, like a mummy. Also it is oddly costumed like a mummy, shrouded in white. Did somebody forget to bring the street clothes to dress the mummy-dummy up?
Combined with the rest of the WPIX video series ( incomplete of course,) it is proof of no jumpers
