Kaivac was founded in 1997 out of a need to solve the number one building maintenance complaint — dirty restrooms.

In 10 short years, Kaivac has become an innovator in the cleaning industry. Driven by a passion to deliver innovation to the Jan/San industry, we continually search for new ways of solving old problems. This has resulted in a number of breakthrough products that we believe will change the face of the industry.

Our engineering efforts begin with the worker. We literally put ourselves in his shoes. We continually ask, "What can make his job easier? What can help him be more productive? What will raise the dignity of the worker?" In other words, what will make him successful? If he is successful then everybody wins.
