Taste the Bass by Saffire.
-
The whole EP was a bootleg, lifting samples from various songs and remoulding them into new, stripped down tracks. This track is a stripped down more polished version of Safire - Taste the Bass (Redzone Mix), a David Morales remix of a crap pop record. Both that, and this mix, are top tunes

this ep was part one of 3 if i remember correctly and they were all the backing tracks sampled from other tunes.. this is indeed taken from the redzone mix of saffire taste the bass and is almost exactly like that track minus some woman groaning etc.. absolute tune !! the track is called sound of the siren
It doesn't say that on the label. It just says Deep Beats Vol.1 and there are 4 tracks on it (maybe my version is a bootleg)
Well done for iding it as even people in record shops didn't seem to know

I'm way out in the sticks in Congleton.
Where did you find the artist name from? I'd love to know... it's been mithering me for years!
