Railroad arm stuck - Jan 10 - 2011 @ 0230 - POV.mp4

Coming home from work one night, beginning of this year, found the arm of a railroad crossing stuck in the down position. Turned on my lights and directed traffic until a police officer showed up; he's sitting on the other side. It was around 0230 am.

There is always a number of the gate. Whenever an emergency or a crossing malfunction takes place, there should be a number to the railroads police and for maintenance on the crossing.
