This is the live vocal range of the female metal singer, Amy Lee from the band Evanescence (known for their songs such as Bring Me To Life, Going Under, My Immortal, Sweet Sacrifice, Call Me When You're Sober, etc.). I used to have a studio/vocal range of Amy way back in my old account and of course, the video was gone long time ago. So I decided to make a brand new live vocal range video for her.

As a classically trained musician, she has composed classical music before and also a lot of other stuff during her career such as Acoustic Pop, Soft Rock, Gothic Metal, Symphonic Metal, Alternative Rock, Nu Metal, etc. She plays a lot of instruments such as piano, guitar, harp, etc. Personally, I enjoy the music of Evanescence.

As for her voice, she has a three-octave vocal range from Eb3 (Low E-flat) to E6 (High E above Soprano C). Her gothic singing style with the use of different tones and a lot of crescendos is very notable. Her low notes are quite unsupported and mushy but her F#3's and G3's are pretty decent. Her belting range is decent and she does use the mix technique in her 5th octave belts. She can sustain 5th octave notes in all vowels and her highest live belted note is F5. Her head voice is operatic which suits her symphonic metal style. Overall she has a great instrument with an impressive vocal range.

Lowest Note (Live): Eb3
Highest Belted Note (Live): F5
Highest Note in Head Voice - Sung (Live): C#6
Highest Note in Head Voice - Warm Up (Live): E6

Hope you enjoy the video!

And if you don't know scientific pitch notation or what Eb3, F3, A4, C#5, etc. mean then go to my channel and read the description, it might give you a better idea about it.

    07:03

Thank you in advance :) xx

  • @lelatvaliashvili The only one is tge song played at 802 and 859

  • 9:11...best part ;)

  • wich song is at 6:35 8:02 8:59 ?

  • Ok, what about the new album? I think her voice is higher that 3.1, i guess...

  • she doesnt get the credit she deserves. the singers that you see at the top of the charts have nothing on her. They are there because they fit the mould to what is acceptable and what they think people will like.
