More information on the Phoenix 2000 Glider:
This 2 meter wingspan glider takes 15 minutes to assemble and lasts a lifetime!
The wings and tail are made from tough EPO foam. However, the fuselage is made from a really strong blow moulded nylon skin with plywood formers, making it almost indestrucatable. Usually reserved for baby toys*.
The virtually indestrucatable fuselage is smooth and ridgid yet still light enough for the glider to perform.
Both the main wing and tail are screwed into place and the two wing halves have a carbon fiber rod for added strength.
The main wing includes 1 servo per aileron for strong control surface movement plus there is a pre-moulded slot so you can add your own flaps later.
All 4 9g servos, speed controller and brushless outrunner are included. Just add your own receiver and battery to be flight ready!
This really is a super strong glider that takes 15 minutes to put together and virtually indestructible.

  • check out my aerial videos using my phoenix 2000 epo glider and mini md80 camera.

  • What "C" rating do you recommend for the 1800 3s?

  • talk slower please

  • I thought this was a glider? Oh well.

  • a great plane - we use this plane for our FPV flights

    Greetings from TheBlindHawks FPV Team

  • I intend to buy one in order to put a GoPro camera on it.

So, what do you suggest? To change the original motor for a stronger one? Which one would be?

    Thanks in advance.

  • @coolrick54 do u have a video?

  • does anyone know how to rebind the tx and rx of this plane? its a lanyu transmitter. i had to repalce ESC because it burnt out in flight.. got a new ESC, but now the receiver flashes.. and i dontknow how to bind it.

  • @janschnewlin95 Just setup your ESC - it needs to have brake set to ON! I do not have this plane so can not give you more details, but generally it is done by ESC programming card or moving transmitter throttle stick defined way. Anyway you need to know how to do it and it is ESC vendor specific. Try to search HobbyKing in ESC, UBEC, VR > Programming Cards
