I just bought one of these... I heard it has GPS enabled, do I hook it up to the pc for update firmware or is it all automatic updates threw the GPS satellite.

@statetrooper21 confused...when does YOUR radar go off...? when the cops have THEIR RADAR on ? or ANY type of enemy speed detector thing is activated?? i remember my cousins had one and they would say "X...K...and KA" alerts...what do those mean...?

@jacobasael It doesn't go off if you see a Police car it only goes off if he is running Radar Band and sometime the Police are getting Smarter by waiting until the Last Second and Hit you with Instant-on and once that happen he got you speed and there Nothing that can help you and it is to late

The 9500i do get those full time radar guys around corners and behind hills, it amazes sometimes how far out it will get a full time on radar operator.

The cop must have not have his radar on. I know in town were i live they very often they have it on i would pass cops all the time and my cheap one still work tho, and my cheap crap one doesnt pick up on anything else which blows.
