@ doctor good vision: If you chop before you phaco, you keep the capsular bag inflated. You were doing a white cataract, not much cortex left to cushion your PC. A nagahara chopper is ok but you might want to try a verges by rhein or the espiritu caparas chopper by asico.

Try to put counter traction when youc create your main port. You were struggling with the keratome. Make the anterior chamber really deep on capsulorhexis. Your capsulorrhexis forceps is too large. Try a quick chop or a pothole chop for white cataracts. Divide your nucleus into fragments first before emulsification. It lessens you phaco power and reduces the exposure of the posterior capsule during the phaco of the last fragments. Also, you may opt to lower your settings in the last chunk.
