Bottom line is that they rent equipment to anyone, it is just a matter of education.

This wouldn't of happened if they had the tracks facing the same way as the boom, and the blade down for stability. The people aren't operators, just lever-pullers

Is it just me or @ the beginning does it look like he is cutting a chain with scissors?

@Rozexexcavatordriver, it was necessary for them to push it over, as pushing down on the boom might've damaged the trailer they were attempting (and failing, Mexican style) to lift.

For 1, angle the tracks the same way as the boom will be facing during the lift process. 2, put the blade down for stability. 3, actually know how to drive a machine.
