@rubydue Nah, I'm just a random tourist taking a walk through the facility. The place is an exhibition center, breeding facility that sells birds domestically and abroad, and on the weekends it is also a cockfighting venue.
@rubydue I do not support cockfighting. I just don't feel all that strongly one way or another about it. I figured I would post the videos from Chiang Mai as they might be interesting, no other reason.
@dcpublius If it wasn't for this cockfighting you support, you probably are a nice person to know. I have hens and a rooster. I let them free range where ever they want, I feed them good food and they feed me good eggs. My rooster is gentle, kind and sharing with all his girls. I don't buy eggs or eat chicken that is mass produced. Free range kindness all the way.
@dcpublius They are raised in overcrowded broiler houses instead of cages to prevent the bruised flesh which would make their meat undesirable. Their beaks and toes are cut off and the broiler houses are usually unlit to prevent fighting among the birds. Is this what you consider humane use of animals? A lot of people would say that the fighting chickens have a life much more desirable.
@rubydue It might be cruel to make animals fight for our entertainment, but farm animals are treated a lot more cruelly all their lives. Your standard farm chicken is selectively bred and genetically modified to produce bigger thighs and breasts, the parts in most demand. This breeding creates birds so heavy that their bones cannot support their weight, making it difficult for them to stand.
Glad to hear that you have a big penis :) God made us stewards of the animals and that means for us to take care and look out for their well being. The fighting Romans lived 2000 years ago and didn't know any better. Now humans know better, we do better. It is cruel and heartless to force helpless birds to fight for their lives to put money in pockets.
