Part 3 of 4 - You Are My Sunshine - Clips from the Casey & Caylee Anthony Case - Focus on the Family Perspective

Part 3 of a 4 part series featuring a collection of clips from the Caylee Marie Anthony homicide case.

This series of videos focuses on the 'Anthony family perspective,' so to speak; most of the clips are of Anthony family members directly, or, about a specific family member.

The song 'You Are My Sunshine' is used as a theme for these videos for a variety of reasons, foremost because videos of both Caylee and her grandfather singing this song have been released to the public, but also because the world has become attached to this little girl and the song fits well within this context. There are also other reasons also, including the fact that it offers stark contrast between the life Caylee could have had and the events that have unfolded.

These videos do not represent a timeline of the case, rather, they were picked randomly and pieced together in a way that we thought fit best with what we were trying to present. Additionally, the videos are not intended to make anyone appear guitly of any wrong-doing. Editing that leaves the viewer with an impression of unlawful activity by anyone referred to in the videos is purely coincidental and unintended.

man is it just me or is george too calm when he talks to the police. he doesnt seem like he has a concern at all about caylee. i still say the whole family is hiding something...and they all know something...the only one i think who is innocent in this whole deal besides poor lil caylee is lee. the rest of the family had something to do with it and they shouldve been looked at. not just casey

@figgy709 She probably knew night time was coming. and i belive casey drugged her almost every night with chloroform.. And I think thats how she died.I think she overdosed her.. I think casey went to daddy and told him and he had the knowledge about dead bodies and laws, he knew if they hid the body long enough and didnt tell the police it would decay and there for they would not be able to find the chloroform in her system..and therefor no evidence.. thats my little theory.

Every time I see the picture @ 4:00 of Caylee sitting on her great-grandpaw;s lap, (and that is, I believe, one or some of the last photos taken of her), to me she looks scared. Yes she is in the loving arms, but her eyes look at me like there is something she knows.

Is it just me?

That picture gets my attention every time.

Hey girl...I have been wondering if Casey is not Georges biological child myself. And if not and he did mess with her and fathered Caylee. That would explain maybe what the hold she seems to have on that family, the secrecy surrounding Caylee's father, and the funky way the DNA tests came back. Did they ever do a paternity test on George? I dont recall ever hearing that but they need to. You never know with this crazy family. It certainly would explain a lot. Your thoughts Trace?

What I don't understand is why Cindy & George didn't have Casey declared an unfit mother and take Caylee away?

Of course, unfortunately, that is now not an option.
