It's changed now. Repping ship gets same status as the attacker and can be engaged, as it should. Always found it weird that someone could aid a pirate without consequences.

@Massa191 Actually, RR ships go red to the enemy in this instance too. The flip side is that if my opponents attack the BS, they also go red to the BS. The psycological effect unnerves many pilots!

TBH I don't like it. No moral crusade, my concerns are purely from the gameplay perspective. Every shyster and his alt are now being followed around by pet LogiDomis. Its not good for the game. CCP just consistently seems to sell out - business they may be but with plex, infinite alts and now every Joe with multiple accounts they are just ruining Eve. Subjective opinion, but its sincere.
