On the move ( short version)

On the move is a performance with a white dress, a pair of black double-sided shoes, and a cardboard backpack in the shape of a home. In the window of this backpack is a video screen that shows the actual environment surrounding me. I have made a series of performances three different times. This video shows some of the footage of my third-time performance.For the third performance, I randomly chose the time and place, wherever I wanted to do my performance, during my road trip in July 2008 from Alabama to California. I only spoke to people who asked me what and why I am doing. The conversation between other people and me is focused on the idea of home.
