ITEM: Thanks to the many Gamers who have brought me up to date!

From the 1906 Broadway musical GEORGE WASHINGTON, JR / (George M. Cohan) / Recorded: February 6, 1906 / Murray sings the original lyric "Grand Old Rag" which, so the story goes, was amended to "Grand Old Flag" after the public regarded the former as being unpatriotic.

Any tune like "Yankee Doodle" simply sets me off my noodle,
It's that patriotic something that no-one can understand.
