@RaefBraithwaite1 YES, he WAS charged AND indicted on murder charges. You don't know whether he killed anyone or not. He flipped on his boy and they lowered his charges, but they never ruled that he was not guilty.

I never said he was guilty. You asked why he got obstruction of justice and it's public record. He agreed to rat on his buddy and they agreed to lower his charge. But he was indeed indicted on a murder charge at first.
