Being an asshole doesn't make you RIGHT.

While it's clear we are all individuals and hold no "universal" characteristics, it shocks me that those who pride themselves in being "logical", "rational", or "openminded" can turn around and violate their own principles. I also understand that it happens from time to time. However, this guy was doing it to every person who walked in the room with any sort of "different idea" than him. It's not admirable, and I'm fucking calling you out.
