Your improbable calculations fail on the basis that you are assuming that the first life forms had modern proteins which is untrue.
So, stm...you know which protein they did have and they are all only a few atoms long? Life needs a whole functioning cell, and DNA, and lots of complex protiens. Quibling over exactly which protiens the "first" life had is pathetic.
