  • nice work!

  • @krimi69 Thanks, more to come, and much larger.

  • this is an awesome display! the clustering and precise ignition of those engines is an impressive feat! i need some advice from the guys who made this rocket. I am an rookie rocket maker but have a pretty large 10 ft tall 8 inch in diameter 30 pound rocket that i am wanting to launch. It has a vector exhaust system and is mostly metal. I was wanting to know what type of engine i will most likely need to get good performance from my rocket? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You'll need a lot of experience and to get certification with NAR or Tripoli Rocketry Associations. There are many rules to abide by.

  • who signed the payloads? coool stuff.

  • Thumbs up to Carl for a flawless launch with an advanced rocket.

  • Well done!

You just need a relay driven 12V launch controller. Use a motorcycle lead acid battery, a relay system that switches the amperage/voltage from the battery that is located next to the launch pad. Estes igniters work just fine.
