Get the CD 'Cardiac Party' which features Max on lead vocals thoroughout the album by Jack Mack and the Heart Attack. If you would like to see some videos of Max singing live with Jack Mack, go to youtube and punch in Jack Mack and the Heart Attack MTV and you will see some great stuff by Max in the early 80's with incredible energy and talent.

Hey jewishillboy. Max is lead vocals w/ grand funk railroad these days and yes he's on tour w/ them currently. Last album was released in '98 w/ big dance. Check my other vids. Hope that answered your ?s.

I love that song by Survivor, prolly why I llike this melody so much too. But i don't think it is that close.
You would be surprised. There are still lots of underground bands that play 80s sounding melodic rock. In fact, I just found a band that just released their album this year, but you could swear they came out of the 80s.
