A shortage of locomotives at GB Railfreight recently saw Class 55 Deltic # 55022 "Royal Scots Grey" hired to haul tank wagons for Rio Tinto Alcan between Lynemouth and North Blyth. Monday, May 30th saw Deltic 22 on freight duties again, this time hauling a rake of alumina tankers from Fort William to Mossend. It is seen here clagging through Coatbridge Central station around 9pm.

Sorry about the handling noise - I'm gonna buy a better quality tripod eventually.
