In April 2008, the Freewinds was shut down after blue asbestos was discovered during maintenance by the Curacao Drydock Company.[17][18] The discovery confirmed a 2001 allegation by former Sea Org member Lawrence Woodcraft, who had planned Scientology's original renovation of the Freewinds in 1987. The Captain admitted that during previous maintenance performed by his personnel, asbestos was released into the ventilation system but not reported.[17][18]

The Freewinds has been noted in Bonaire for the amount of waste water it dumps into the island's inland waste pit. According to one 2007 report, the ship sometimes sends four loads of waste per hour, contributing to a growing environmental problem on the island.[19][20]

This time around though, the cannabis did not help the pain like it used to. Either the wrong strain, or it was as I think, it was a heavy relapse.

Im not too bad now tho... Normal service is definitely resuming.

Good to see you back in action :). Unfortunately, the Co$ will probably label the authorities who took the ship down as 'oppressive' (lol irony) and try and spread that message to as many Scilons as possible. Pity really.

Lets see "removal is a very last resort" This is exactly why I dont depend on an "architect" to run the legal dept in my construction company. If ALL asbestos had to be removed EVERY public school in the USA would be shut down.
