Nice commentary on your leak and Jory's leak. You are absolutely adorable and even bad news sounds delightful with the accent. Jory's house will be awesome when he's done. I used to spend all my weekends there when my Uncle was alive. It's my fault that I let the house go to shit. I really didn't have the time or money to do anything about it. That really sucks :( sorry to hear that.
I'm a Brit living in Germany and I have a similar problem in my flat. Every winter I have to bleach the walls to stop mould setting in! It's a nightmare :/
Hope that leak gets sorted out by the time the next storm rolls in!
