"unesco — 21 avril 2010 — On the occasion of the World Book and Copyright Day (23 April) Petya Totcharova, UNESCOs Specialist on the copyright, highlights the importance of the fight against piracy to preserve creativity"
The original video does not have human-made captions, and YouTube's autocaptioning did not cope very well with Ms Totcharova's message. Hence this version, without images, but to which captions have been added.
You can add your annotations on the video by using the http://bit.ly/9J91sR URL.
You can also translate the captions into other languages at http://dotsub.com/view/4f324937-8d40-4df9-8431-b52269d79ddf if you wish.
Apparently, the moderation of comments to the original video is rather slow: see the comments to "UNESCO: Collection of National Copyright Laws Call for Public Domain Calculator" on the blog of Digitale Allmend. In mine (awaiting unesco's moderation since April 23), I pointed out the unreliability of autocaptioning when the audio is not clear and suggested they grab at DotSUB the subtitle files used here and add them to their video.
