A military grade device developed to aid troops on a battle field being used on American city streets against unarmed civilians?..WOW . I wish I could go back in time to a civilization that wasn't afraid to put a king in the alligator pit if they weren't please with is rule. We have become a race of cowardly stupid cattle that have given up our right to bear arms in exchange for protection from the very people who are now tasering, beating, jailing and shooting us for fun. Send me back in time.

the RCMP just obtained the sound cannon to be used on protesters in Vancouver during the 2010 winter olympics in February... The city even tried to pass a bylaw making "unauthorized signs" illegal with punishments starting at $10,000 fines to 6 months imprisonment.

Shame on the stupidity of the american forces. This device is unpredictable and would have different effects on different people. Some may become deaf as a result of this. And that some might be people who do not even want to be there...It could also be Journalists or photographers who are just doing a job. Also, think of what it would do to a dog...? A dog hears 7 times louder than a human. tut tut

The revised bylaw has not been proposed to council yet, so I cannot read the fine print... Why are you so pro-martial law? It's pretty obvious you are a pig
