its not that dubai is rich . the gdp per capita is the same as the us. its just that their government pays for many things that everyone in other countries have to pay for themselves. so their citizens have more money to spend

dubai is bullshit, its apartments are made by reatrd builders that are payed pennys, the flats are over priced the views are SAND and OH YES MORE SAND lol the whole area is man made and to top it off YOUR DISHING OUT MONEY FOR A TWO BED FLAT.

I think people should pay the same amount somewhere else and BUY A HOUSE, you dont want to end up with a flat for the rest of your life while companys such as this grab your money and BUY there own house then your suckered into a flat

It all looks very nice BUT I don't think I want to live in a region where some idiot who hates the modern world with all its decadence decides to blow himself or herself up with a car bomb and takes me and 50 other people with them. I'll stay in my little part of america where I can buy all the beer and wine I want without the religious police looking over my shoulder.
