@2daniel14 flash dryers will most certainly cure the inks...thats all I have been using for several years now and never had a shirt returned for ink wash out...never had a shirt returned period.
Holy Jamoly..... no kidding.... what sort of squeegee technique is that??? In production, I don't have time for that many swipes on the screen. I'm also guessing you have a dryer set up somewhere else, as flash drying doesn't cure the inks....

I've never seen squeegee technique like that. Just slapping it on like you painting a fence.

Is that an Ink card instead of a squeegie for the green screen??
IS the Red tape/vinyl on the bottom of the screens because you have something else ganged on the screen?
