Please review the cartoon, because it is not as biased as you think.

Unless you have a thicker skin, how can you make it in this business?

Some grips were consulted prior to posting this cartoon knowing that it was coming from an electric, and they can relate to the workplace context with humor.

So, if you are really this sensitive and easily offended, you must not have been doing this for very long.

You might want to rethink your reaction to a cartoon.

The use of 'bro', 'bra', 'brah', etc seemed to me to be most common about 10-15 years ago, but it never entirely died out. And this is in Tejas. I'm sure they have developed new nomenclature that will get here in 3 to 6 years from now.
