Hey, how about showing us how to tie the Gold Tinsel Minner fly?

@ElBote54 its easy, gold tinsel, i like flashabou, and bead chain, or hourglass eyes with a built up head made from black thread.

i use a size 6 streamer hook.

first gold tinsel wrap it so about 6-10 strands exten about 4 inches beyound the hook.

then another layer of gold tinsel, use about 20 strands. that extend about 2" beyond the hook.

then another layer og gold tinsel about 20 strands again, the length of the hook.

tie on the bead chain eyes.

and build the head with thread

sometimes i add a red hackle behind the beadchain eyes for effect. but they seem to work the same
