Paedophiles in the UK

Is our government just breeding new paedophiles for fun? Are they encouraging paedophilia? Why does the UK have the greatest number (per head) of under 16 pregnancy? I think paedophiles are openly encourage to carry out their harmful acts at will, and a lot of parent openly encourage it? I don't only think this I have seen it first hand and have herd many horror stories in my local area.

@adamjohnable There was a BBC new report where a Police comissioners admitted that instruction to constables was to turn a blind eye until men reached 21years old. So any girl over 13years old is fair game for young men!

@adamjohnable You avoid your lies and deceipt that are a path to hell and then ridicule satan saying you get all the good line. Surely use Gods name in vain would be akin to using Satans name in vain.  There both rulers of there relms with unlimited powers there in. So Satan will be as upset as God?
