@hankandthetwins He's at NAMM...he's got people walking around the booth and has to keep attention on that but also he's quite a shy guy, specially on interviews on the spot like that. Gene's the salesman/marketing guy... not Paul. He's clearly uncomfortable on this interview so he's not looking Ace in the eye.
It is a little of putting though he does look him in the eye to shake his hand as say thank you.
He's really a sweet kind soul
