@John26435 Yeah, I got one of those faces because I get that all the time. Some people say Paul Shaffer, some people say Jack Nicholson... but those are not as common as one of those guys from Mythbusters... that's who I get compared to the most...

You're right. Things have changed quite a bit. I have been to Amsterdam every year since 1998 and I've seen a lot of things come and go. However, like you said, it's a great city and I still love it and the feeling of being alive when I am there. Maybe we will meet there in the future. Thanks for viewing.

I'm pretty sure that coffeeshop is where Cheech & Chong filmed a scene for one of their films.
1999 tho!! Wow although u can't tell from this video, Amsterdam has changed so much in 10 years. It's not quite the place it once was but i still love it there and cant wait to go back!!

Unfortunately the T-boat was closed several years ago due to some new regulations. It was a great place and I miss it. If you want to go to a coffeeshop on a boat, there is one in Almere-stad, very close to the Almere Centraal train station. It's called de Blowboot.

@mrkewl211 Yeah, it's too bad this shop closed, but if you want to go to a coffeeshop on a boat, they have one in Almere-stad in a canal behind the police station.

haha i love this vid man i randomly came across this great vid bro! cant beleive this was filmed almost 12 years ago lol and to think i was only in middle school! never even knew a place like that existed until about 4 years later lol niced vid man makes ya think about better times :)

@420amsfever I am determined to return to Amsterdam in the spring. I have a few issues I need to settle but I am going to make the trip in 2011. I wish I could just go and stay.
