@kraman777 When I sold encyclopedeas door to door when I was younger, my boss had one of those in Blue. I got to drive it quite a bit. When Ford put the plaque on the dashboard reading "Ride Engineered", they meant it. With the car fully loaded with co-workers, driving at 110 M.P.H. down the highway was an experience that would be indescribable to anyone under 40. You simply ooozed down the road in library silence that is missing in today's cars. I wish they still rode that well today.

WOW....Amazingly well respresented group of Wagons, especially the late 60's models. The Pontiacs? YUM...People think I'm nuts when I tell them that Vintage ( God I feel old....) Station Wagons from the 60's and 70's are bigtime for collecting right now. I was born in 1960 and was a classic kid from that era. All of my relatives had late model GM station wagons and we would all travel cross country to Michigan in Summer . I also LOVE the 1973-1978 GMC Motorhomes.

Nice video, some rare cars there. I understand that these guys with thier modern wagons must be part of the club, but whats the point in having thier hoods open? Its not like thier engines are more interesting....

What a show! 5 stars. How sad we've went from such stately, classy, stylish and beautiful rolling works of art as these to the relatively dull and ugly minivans and SUVs.
Looks like the best car show I have ever seen. Wagons rule.

Absolutely stunning. I wish I could've been there. (Hopefully they'll have it a wee bit further south next year. Why do both Wagonfest *and* the ISWC meet have to be *so* far away!?)
Thanks for sharing!
