Tim Loughton(MP) Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Children and Families, has recorded a speech for the schools who have taken part in an International Video conference (on June 15th 2012 ) to celebrate the 2012 Games hosted by Carpenters Primary School, Newham LA, in partnership with Video Conferencing for Learning.
