Another old video from the PlayStation Museum archives! Enjoy this historical interview with David Jaffe, the producer and designer of Twisted Metal 1 and 2. You can also catch a glimpse of Mike Giam, the well-respected producer and designer of WarHawk and Jet Moto (just to name a few.) Both David and Mike also designed Mickey Mania which was released on the PlayStation from Traveller's Tales in Europe.
In case you can't read the questions in the video, the questions that are asked are below:
Question 1: What inspired Twisted Metal?
Question 2: Was it everything you wanted?
Quesiton 3: What are you most proud of in Twisted Metal 2?
Question 4: How is Twisted Metal 2 different from Twisted Metal?
Question 5: What's best about your job?
Quesiton 6: What's your workday like?
Question 7: What about violence in video games?
Question 8: What game do you wish you designed?
Question 9: Anything you'd rather do for a living?
Question 10: How do you become a game designer?
Question 11: How did you break into the gaming industry?
Trivia: David Jaffe is wearing a Twisted Metal 2 jacket in the interview. This jacket along with a Jet Moto version was created specially for the development team. The designer of the jacket stated it was one of the most difficult designs she had ever created. David and Mike kept management (and the marketing dept) on their toes, that's for sure.

i remember watching this on the underground cds sony would send out in the mid-late 90's filled with demos and all. This was like an easter egg of sorts, kinda wish i still had those demo cds. (they came in a really neat black/red case too!)
