There's a better one. You slip your right arm in between both of their arms. Then hold your right palm against your left palm, sort of like doing a prayer. It puts his arms in a lock. Now wrench their arms to the right/downwards, towards your right hip. If you do it hard enough and meet their elbows with your knee but sticking it up you could even break their arm.

I can't explain it any better. This was kind of a waste of time. lol

what do you do after the elbow? Do you think a dude that grabs your neck is gonna take it and let you get away. You are only gonna piss him offf. You have to finish with a kick to the balls at least. That is a move we use in the Bujutsu class I take. It works well. I've tried really hard to hold the choke against that move and I can't.
