    1. If I wake up late at 12 pm or 1 pm and then have a glass of juice, does it matter?

    2. After having juice after how much time (hours) can i have lunch?

    3. Also If i have prunes in 8 pm or 9 pm and then skip my dinner , is there anything wrong in that?

    Your body clock is warped. You may not get the best benefits. The body follows the circadian rhythm and will not lose weight like this.

    You need to get up earlier and take your juice breakfast by 9.00 am and eat lunch by 2.00 and then dinner by 8-9.00 pm.

    The gap between juice breakfast and lunch must be 5 hours.

    And is you skip dinner - you will never lose weight healthily. And if you can't follow the time, then don't do it. You will disappoint yourself!!
