Use the restore feature if your ipod isnt working properly or you want to wipe it clean. Keep in mind that all the data on the ipod will be erased so make sure to backup the data on the ipod if you need it before you restore.

  • @mikkun Thanks, but that's what I'd been doing. didn't end up working at all- nothing will fix it. just bought a new one.

  • @CoRbOization

    did you get it fixed?

  • @SunflashFieldmouse

Did you eventually get your ipod working again? i've got the same problem, but i can't get it fixed...

it sometimes doesn't show up in itunes and when it does, it won't restore properly and the reboot loop starts all over again. Has anyone had this problem and got it solved??
