A filler song which if released today would be a number 1 hit. Clearly there are 5 people who will never be rich.

@RRARafa HA! Love Paul's officious look while holding the camera in a convertible looking every bit the ROARING TWENTIES "When I'm sixty-four" dude, dude.

@scizotts Oh yeah . . . and that opening BASS intro. BRILLIANT AS USUAL.

@misterdeadly1 Hey. If The Beatles were tossing-off, then they deserved it. Can't believe you'd bring their personal/privy-time lives into this ! (Sorry. Couldn't resist)

I think it was great that they didn't mind A & B siding the lyrics [A] "Nothin' you can see that isn't shown." and [B] "What did you see when you were there? Nothing that doesn't show." Only The Beatles could get away with that !

Damnit, The Beatles were/are the best ever. This is a relatively minor track, never a single, that the writer (John) never thought much of, off an album that isn't that highly esteemed (as Beatles albums go) and it works beautifully as the finale of a terrific contemporary movie, The Social Network. A filler, toss-off Beatles song, written and performed in a rush, is much better than practically any major single by a big artist today.
Like I said: Damn it, they were and are the best.
