Yes, that's WhiteJarrah's science... He's a classic example of ignorant and a liar. He's combined lack of education with conceit and false self-confidence.

The same ignorant who doesn't understand basic math attacks some of the brightest scientists and engineers... An increase by 0% = no increase at all.

An increase by 100% = an increase by as much as already exists.

An increase by 150% = an increase by as much as already exists plus half of that amount.
